Harbour - Transportation Exemption

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR 2025

​​​​​​​It is the player's responsibility to ensure the information in the list below is captured correctly to allow the host club to proceed unincumbered with your entry into an event.

Please note the existing temporary exemptions have been bought forward from 2024 with an expiry date of 28 February 2025. If you wish to continue your transport exemption please ensure a new application is requested, together with your updated medical certificate. Failure to update your information by the expiry date will mean your name is removed from the (temporary) exemption list on 1 March 2025.

Apply for Transport Exemption

If you have an appropriate disability that warrants a transportation exemption, please contact admin@northgolf.nz for your application to be considered. Your email application MUST contain the following information:

  • First and Surname
  • Member ID
  • Home Club
  • Type of exemption you are applying for, i.e. Permanent or Temporary
  • Your medical certificate which MUST state that the exemption is of a permanent nature, or the end date of the temporary incapacity.

Anyone presenting at the host club with an exemption and apearing on the list below, is permitted to use a cart in North Golf, Harbour sanctioned events (unless otherwise specified).  This exemption is subject to carts being permitted on the host club course on that day, cart availablility, and payment of the appropriate fee by the hirer.

At Wainui Golf Club, all players may use transportation, provided there is sufficient transport available on the day. Subject to same conditions above.

The following people have received either a permanent (P) or temporary (T) transport exemption from North Golf for 2025.
